| Application Requirements / Eligibility | Applicants must apply to our college as their first choice and must meet either (1) or (2): The enrollment openings for Application Period II are limited to those who legally reside in Japan. |

| (1) | Applicants must have foreign citizenship and will be 18 years of age by March 31, 2016. Applicants must have a good command of Japanese (equivalent to Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N2) and meet one of the following requirements: | ||
| 1) | Applicants must have completed 12 years of study at an educational facility prior to enrollment and must have completed at least 9 years of education in a foreign country. | ||
| 2) | Applicants must have passed a general equivalency diploma examination conducted in a foreign country (including those that comply with the country's official approval). | ||
| 3) | Applicants must have graduated by March 31, 2016 from a Japanese educational institution overseas which is approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology as equivalent to a Japanese high school. | ||
| (2) | Applicants must have graduated by March 31, 2016 from an established Japanese high school based on the School Education Law of Japan. | ||
